"Because Adam is so immersed in technology, he always uses it in his lessons." - Nasia Butcher, Gilmer County High School Principal
Adam uses digital projectors with other technologies such as eBeams to create an interactive whiteboard for use in lecture.
PASCO GLX is a hand-held computer used to display and collect data from probes. Adam has used pH, temperature, voltage, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, force, and motion sensor probes for labs in his classes.
Adam presented at the 2011 ISTE Conference because of his pioneering uses of iPads in the classroom. He has successfully used them as a data collector, eTextbook, calculator, word processor, and Internet browser just to name a few.
Adam uses digital projectors with other technologies such as eBeams to create an interactive whiteboard for use in lecture.
Because Adam is comfortable with technology, he is at home teaching with it. He does not just use technology to just use technology; he uses it as a tool for meaningful learning about science.
