Cat Dissection and Digital Anatomy Book

Adam wants to increase engineering and technology in his classes because it improves students' critical thinking skills. All of this can be done though creative, hands-on design projects. For an anatomy example of this concept, students in Adam's anatomy class dissect cats as they learn each body system and photograph their results. At the end of the semester, students use their photographs to create a digital anatomy book.
